Required Filler Rod- 3/32” 4043

Material-.125” Thick 5052 H-32 Aluminum Sheet Metal

Weld Joints- Open corner, Fillet

PLEASE NOTE- A HEAT-SINK OF A MINIMUN THICKNES OF .25” (6MM) MUST BE USED TO KEEP THE BASE FLANGE FROM WARPING (if you don’t have one, clamp to metal tabletop)

EXAMPLE- .25” 6MM ALUM BAR STOCK, METAL TABLETOP

Extra Information: TO AVOID WARPING Allow for some cooling time between each weld joint, this is a standard practice when working with aluminum.
